"We had a bit of an issue with our room, but the hotel staff was helpful and generous and made us feel tone care of. The area immediately around the hotel doesn’t have much and the lobby restaurant was often closed or very sleepy. There is a tram 2 minute walk away though that gets you to downtown ..."
