B5 Boutique Hotel Lugano

B5 Boutique Hotel Lugano

8/10 Good
"The property has a very green theme which was good to experience, very modern and constructed with thought for the environment. All keys were electronic which meant you needed your phone and roaming though (a downside as only one of us had roaming) good because meant you didn’t have a key to lose. Room temperature would have been good to go a couple of degrees lower, given the heatwave, but overall we really liked the hotel. The staff we saw were very friendly. The location is excellent, right by both station and town. I really like the natural soap and shampoos as well and the opportunity to save on cleaning for a night if you so wish. Plus as a tourist you can get free bus and a venicular ticket (although a local told us that and we wouldn’t have known otherwise)."
