"Do NOT stay here if you want any sleep: it’s 1:55am now on a Saturday and the noises from outside have never stopped since 10pm Friday. The room windows soundproof NOTHING—you can hear the beats of the music from the bar/club nearby, every single word in people’s conversations on the street, and passing vehicles and crowds walking by. (On Tuesday-Thursday nights, probably the bar/club wasn't open so I was able to get some sleep, but could still hear excessive street noise and got woken up once or twice because, again, the windows and wall do not soundproof at all -- It felt like that the windows weren't close all the way, but double- and triple-checked, and all of them were indeed fully closed.) The location: Anything south of Main St (the back side of the hotel) did not look safe and Spring St (the front side of the hotel) was more decent. The shower has really little water coming out, even when turned to max, AND when turned to max, the water is scalding hot. So I had to turn the water to medium and the water is even less. Every shower was a pain to experience... There was no room cleaning during the 4 nights I stayed there. (I didn't really mind because I kept things pretty tidy myself and had minimal trash). The body wash in the bottle fixed on the wall smelled questionable. I did not use it after one pump. The staff was friendly, but the essentials of this hotel are not good -- noise, location, amenities, etc. Do not get fooled by the pretty pictures of the rooms."

"The hotel is centrally located. Which is nice and convenient. The rooms were small which I was surprised given the amount of money I paid and how big the hotel really is. One of the things I DO NOT recommend is bell services. When I arrived it took bell services more than hour to get my luggage’s to my room. During check out it was the same issue. I had to call like 3 times to see if someone was coming. The third time I was told that the bell person had come and knock on my door and no one answer so I had to literally grab all of my stuff and put them outside our room so he wouldn’t miss us. The valet is awesome. Super easy to drop off and pick up your car. "

"Staff were nice but the room didn’t feel fully safe to me (no locks on windows that seemed accessible to ppl outside) and the “amenities fee” felt too high considering it was a pretty bare-bones continental breakfast. (Toast, cold cereal, some fruit, maybe yogurt.). My view was a brick wall - not much light from outside and felt a little claustrophobic since the room was small. Similarly priced hotels I’ve visited in the area are more spacious and have actual views and felt safer to me as a single woman traveling alone. Most likely I wouldn’t stay here again. Tl;dr: Fine, but would not stay here again. "

"We purchased the Access Lounge and chose to have breakfast and appetizers there. Both were delicious. They advertise that snacks are offered after 10:30am but slwe only saw beverages. That might be considered a snack in some cultures. "

"Great hotel and the customer service was top-notch! The main restaurants are fantastic. I would skip the restaurant, Florence by the water. The food and staff hospitality did not match the rest of the hotels vibe."
