"Excellent, nearly-new hotel. Very comfortable and quiet. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the room are a real convenience. In-room wifi is good, but if you pay an extra $4.95 per day you get superior performance. Nice big TV and good cable. Free breakfast is offered every morning, and the selection and quality of the food is excellent. I enjoyed my stay very much. Absolutely nothing to complain about. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a bar (with happy hour!), a gym and a nice pool. I'll be happy to return to this hotel in the future!!"

"“The property is a bit older, but its charm is undeniable—beautifully situated right off Big Bear Lake. The location is ideal, offering easy access to events and local attractions. The beds were soft and clean, and the room was comfortably furnished with a small dining table, cabinet, fireplace, and fridge. Although breakfast was included, we had early plans and didn’t get to try it; it appeared to be a simple offering of cereal and fruit. Overall, this spot would be a great fit for families, couples, or solo travelers alike.”"
