"This hotel is the worst. We read the review so we kind of expected already that we needed to go to get a key at another hotel. Even though they should’ve informed us ahead… that’s still okay. However, our room had only 1 set of towel. We called the hotel from our phone since the hotel’s phone didn’t seem to work. The reception name Franco is the rudest! Without saying sorry or anything he insisted that we NEED to come and pick it up at another hotel where we checked in. We kind of annoyed...

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"We stayed on the top floor overlooking Chapel Bridge. The cobble roads make it tricky with a suitcase as do the stairs. You have to come to the back of the building to get in. There is no reception. We took the 1 person elevator each day. They have a free washing machine and clothes dryer and we just had to provide our own detergent. Perfect addition. Also able to cook for ourselves which saved lits of money. Would definitely stay in this room again"
