"Nice quiet hotel on the river! I like my room with a balcony as well! Breakfast was decent. Walkable to the night market and the city! It is down a street that cars can't come down, so have to carry or roll suitcase down it, but it isn't bad. Overall very nice family run hotel! Loved sitting outside on the balcony and watching the river!"

So surprised they offered dropoff /pick up to the city center as well as free bicycle rentals. Would definitely stay here again."

"Incredible place and an absolutely perfect experience. The Rosewood Luang Prabang represents the best hospitality with the warmth of the Lao personality. Located beside (astride??) a lovely waterfall, the Rosewood is a peaceful resort with an intimate feel. We especially recommend suite #2 for its peaceful location just by the waterfall. The restaurant on property serves high quality Lao specialties and international options. The warmth of the staff and attention of the general manager added to the qualiity of our stay. We also took advantage of the staff's advice/booking for local restaurants, which worked out perfectly as well. We travelled to this property with a group of friends, and each of us loved this place. Speaking of friends, the bar served cocktails inspired by local flavors and was a great place to gather before or after excursions in the area. We were glad for the location 10 minutes away from town, which really feels perfect. We enjoyed car service into town whenever we needed it.
