"This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff and service. Every single interaction with staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. From my first phone call to arrange a pick up to the airport, to the manager, Santi, walking us out to our ride back. My one issue was Expedia lists a gym for this hotel and there isn’t one. In hind sight, I’m glad I didn’t know there wasn’t a gym, because I would not have booked this hotel. I would have missed out on a perfectly delightful experience."

"This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed! We absolutely love the arquitecture and the furniture. Our room faced the river. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom.
