The grounds are beautiful and immaculate, the rooms full of charm, comfort and all the amenities you’d expect. However what takes Satri House to the next level is the people-every person we met, from the gardener, front desk staff, restaurant staff, spa staff to the hotel manager - the in person experience was exceptional-every person was professional but simultaneously present, thoughtful and kind. Certainly a tribute to the owners, management and the Laotian culture-we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return!!"
