Quiet hotel close to main transit routes (2 min walk). Loved the old fashioned decor. Staff could not do enough to help with anything requested. Buffet continental breakfast very good.

Lovely room — a little small for two people, but perfectly adequate for what we needed for a weekend stay. Just be aware that the toilet wall is practically see-through, so there’s very little privacy. The location is fantastic, with transport links within minutes.

What was unique about the property was the Sky Lounge, 19 stories high, outside area too and overlooking the Rhine River. Service was exceptional, including getting our rooms earlier. We were upgraded from standard rooms to comfort rooms free of charge. This was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was important to have a quiet room with comfortable beds. Both were perfect. Our 5 day schedule was busy so location needed to be central. We were able to walk to Alt Stadt restaurants as well as access Ubahn & taxis outside the hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful at all times. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Grate room clean no kettle or coffee machine tho. The breakfast was great with a wide selection.

We had the most amazing time at the property. Initially I was slightly sceptical walking from the station but once we entered it was like a dream. The hosts were delightful, the room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The bedding, wow! There were so many small details from treats in the lobby and little extra’s. Very excited to one day stay again! Danke x

After an initially slow check in process due to only a single member of staff being available the hotel was very clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient. Didn't try the breakfast but the parking garage, although tight, is very easy to use. Would return.

The check in procedure was as described. Good communication from the hotel. The staff were pleasant and the room was very comfortable and clean.
