"There’s a glitch where hotels.com doesn’t seem to pass the guest’s email on so the property can’t send the check in details until you check directly / via the support chat. It’s quick from there on but rather annoying Otherwise brand new and a beautiful space with 4m ceilings but with a price point appropriate lowish budget fit out. Perfect location for train / airport"

We came back to Düsseldorf and decided to reserve for an additional 2 nights due to the cleanliness and communication and value. It is actually an apartment with everything you need. Love it here. "Very central to old town Düsseldorf and the Rhine river. Apt nice for one person or couple. Instructions to check in could be clearer, I was blessed to find a sign inside by driveway saying Reception, but would be easy to miss because the street address is a locked door. "
