"Maintenance gets a 10/10 on the spot! he was there at the elevators to help us , at the time of arrival there was no one on site , but we did check in online(Megan was very helpful she gave us the code to get in the room ) i was never contacted by the owners for a new code , as we used the master code all weekend --- there is a 25 dollar parking fee for the stay we stay 3 days, we were not aware of it was not listed on the booking - but no problem we paid and still enjoyed! the condo its self...

"Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. "Apartment was exactly as advertised. Beautiful unit, plenty of space for the 4 of us. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony and main bedroom. Loved getting up early and watching the dolphins swim by. Super easy access to the beach and close to shops and fun activities. Would definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet and peaceful!"
