"I stay at this property when I come in town when my sister is hospitalized. She is fighting cancer and I am in and out of this hotel quite often. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is also amazing and if I need anything they are accommodating. Thank you, IHG for making a difficult time in my life a little easier, knowing that I can rely on your facility to not just be safe, but to be kind as well. I will stay here, any chance I can while I am in Loveland Colorado. I only wish that this hotel offered a discount for family members of people in the ICU in the Loveland hospital like some of the other hotels do. That would be the icing on the cake to an already good hotel. Again, Thank you IHG. "

"The front desk was incredibly nice and let us check in early in room 306. She could have made us wait, but instead found a room that just needed towels and got us all set. INCREDIBLE staff there!!"
