"If you live by the theory of you get what you pay for this is an incredible value. Just be prepared, know that you must bring your own stuff to cook with and room service comes when you leave not before. The rooms are really nice comfortable to a Fairfield by Marriott her Four Points by Sheraton the staff is the best thing they are great people who really want to help. I'm disabled and I had an accessible room that was unlike many and larger chains actually adhered to ADA standards."

"The hotel was great, clean great customer service, etc. The hotel is close to the freeway, shopping centers, etc.The only thing that I would recommend is that they update the hallway and the hallway walls; it looks old maybe need to use brighter vibrant colors. I give this hotel 5 🌟 's."

"Great check in experience. Gentleman at desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was in decent shape for the price. Could use some updates. I have never seen wood moulding around a bathtub before. There was paint drops dried all over floor and a very poorly half painted door in the bathroom. All and all I would stay here again as the bed was comfortable and nice. The staff was fantastic!"

"The front desk personnel are great, and the hotel is fine, but has a large, busy entrance with no real security (at least during the evening when I stayed there). I had an unpleasant encounter with a strange non-guest, who was loitering in the lobby and approached me with personal questions while I was at the front desk. I later heard that this person attempted to interact with another guest later that same night, and was finally escorted off the property. Although this incident was not the fault of the hotel, I was uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. On a happier note: the oysters at Trenasse, located in the lobby, are fantastic!"
