"This is a really nice hotel. The vibe is cool. You can walk around the various corridors and lower level to see cool art. The onsite restaurant is excellent! Great service, ambiance and food. The room was very clean, comfortable and bright. We definately will be back & we highly recommend! "

"most of the staff was very helpful and nice except the woman who checked us out. There are parking fees here which makes zero sense as there is literally nothing you can even walk to of relevance. I was not told of the fees when i checked in and she begrudgingly took it off my bill. Why is it so hard to be nice to customers in 2024?"

"We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). "The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in town for a family function and we're traveling with a cake that needed to be refrigerated and there were able to store it overnight for us. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town"
