"The hotel is is a fabulous location with a mini bus to the beach with a very helpful driver and excellent service unfortunately you need your own transport to be able to explore the rest of the island due to the location. We was aware of this when booking as has stayed previously but for some this could be a problem. Some items on the description are no longer available/correct and although this wasnt a problem for us i believe the description should be updated as incorrect. Staff very friendly...

From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you. "One of the best hotels in Zakynthos. It is very clean and close to the center and the beach. (5-10 minutes walk) There is a supermarket nearby/on the way, which is run by a nice gentleman. Maria, who welcomed us at the hotel and said goodbye at the end, is a sweetheart. She helped us with our suitcases and made us feel safe. The hotel is very nice and clean. The electronics and the lighting function are top notch. There is nothing to complain about at this hotel."
