"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. "Wow this place is amazing! The space is beautiful, we had a private pool with a view of the ocean and loved every minute of it. The people running the hotel are so thoughtful and make it unbelievably nice. Vicky in particular gave us consent delicious recommendations that did not miss! We had some of the best food in Greece thanks to her! There is every amenity you could want in the hotel and they will drive you up and down the hill to the town which has tons of cute restaurants and shops and some really good dessert spots. And anything you need, you can request through their app, it's so convenient and easy! And at night really it's so relaxing and beautiful, you won't regret staying here. "
