I liked the furnishings and decorations in the room. Liked the quality of the fittings and the power of the shower. I got the ocean view room and it was gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable. The workout classes everyday are amazing overlooking the ocean. The buffet is delicious but note that its the same everyday so might get boring if you stay more than 5 days. This property is located slightly away from the downtown so its not walkable to downtown but staff can call you a taxi conveniently :)

Pool towels provided. Change as often as needed. Plenty of sun loungers, never struggled to get one. Inflatables allowed in the pool which is great for kids, although an adult only pool would be quite nice so you can have a good swim. The pool does close at 6pm which we thought was a little early. Food, drinks and service was great. As was the facial i had in the spa, thank you Olga. The only thing that was a bit disappointing for us was the entertainment. It definitely wasnt 5* wow!! The hotel is in a great location. We walked along the beach every day and also out of the drive and left into Laganas. We had a beautiful stay ❤️

The first impression is strong. Nice welcome and good intro to the room. Room was nicely equipped but wasn’t 100% clean. We did mention it to reception and it was eventually recognised but not addressed. Maybe we were being critical but it’s a 5 star and you shouldn’t have hairs from a previous occupant in my view. Food… can’t fault … lovely fresh and the 4 restaurants you can visit once are very nice and service is brilliant… Buffett food is good for buffet and is pretty warm and fairly varied. I would say never enough pita bread to dip with the lovely dips we all love with Greek food. The drinks were good and staff brilliant. Decent tea and coffee so can only say good things. The hotel areas were pretty poor condition and still needs maturing and I know they had a recent storm so maybe a contributing factor. The pool was dirty in my view and not cleaned enough so I didn’t venture in but the wife did. Beach area is odd as it’s not actually on the beach… which is fine as it could be something to do with Turtles don’t bother asking tbh. All in all a chilled holiday and good food and drinks good. I would recommend 👍

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport but if you want to fully explore the island I would recommend staying in the northern part. The property has been fully refurbished 3 years ago but expect a lot of tour operator customers coming for the all inclusive drinks. The staff is nice and helpful however there is a clear communication gap between the various departments.

Great hotel. But checking in is chaotic.

Great stay, but front desk is a bit chaotic at check in and they almost checked me in under someone else’s booking. Probably because your details and paperwork gets passed on to 3 people before you actually speak to the person at the desk.

Disappointed to say the least.

Overall, not real pleased with my experience. We were there for three nights and found it impossible to get into a restaurant for lunch or for evening dinner. We requested minibar service which we never received. We found that there are way too many kids at this resort without a lot of adults only area. Children running around the lobby bar at 9:30 and 10 o’clock at night screaming is unacceptable.
