"After checking in and taking my payment I was informed that the swimming pool was being renovated and we would have to share pools with the other La Quinta… only to find people using the pool at the place I was staying it."

Upon showing up at that time they said I couldn’t check in due to me reserving for Saturday and not Friday and they made me get a reservation at that moment for that night they told me I couldn’t check try and get a refund or cancel my original booking and now they the hotel denied my request . Terrible"

"This was our second time staying here in the past month. Everything else was great. Only difference was the restaurant across the street music was loud and you can hear the beats till like 2 am. So if you don’t mind hearing beats till the we hours it may bother some people trying to sleep. Maybe it was because our room was on the front facing the back of the Senor Cactus."
