"The property needs to be remodeled in the room . Old AC was cold hot cold . Water pressure very poor and water temp very poor no hot water only warm . Bath room looked very old . Drapes falling . Very dissatisfied. "

"This is a hotel that was built in 1919. It is very old and has been beautifully updated and care for. I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful place near the downtown area of McAllen. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. "

"The place has a beautiful big pool with lots of space. The rooms are super clean. Rooms are dated but well taken care off. The mattress was a 7-10 acceptable. The place is located seconds from the mall and lots of eating places and a Starbucks two blocks away. Overall I would stay here again."
