"Great, comfortable, clean, relaxing place"

"Check in to check out was great! Very clean, grounds are really nice and well maintained. Spent first afternoon and all day the 2nd day at the pool. Sip and stroll on the lawn was a bonus we were not expecting. Very fun"

"Difficult to find when you're tired. Not enough signage at street level? Missing signage? Missed driveway the first time, circled block, almost missed driveway again. Looking for hotel entrance but again no signage. Didn't see any signs for "Temporary parking/check-in only" and had to guess where to park and where entrance was. "

"This was one of the most charming, cleanest and comfortable places we have ever stayed. We were very impressed by every aspect of this hotel and will definitely stay there again. Our room had a large, shared patio with partial ocean view – we could hear sea lions barking at the wharf. The room had three windows, hardwood floors (actual hardwood), beautifully done tile work in the bathroom, and doors that appear to be from the original hotel in the 1920s (actual solid wood). Beds were comfortable and impecably made (tucked). "
