"Definitely the best bang for your buck!! Obviously not the fanciest place but it truly was pretty great. The facility is older but they do a great job keeping up with maintenance and an amazing job keeping it clean. The staff is amazing!! So kind and def there to help. Food was a little repetitive but even though we are pretty picky eaters we were able to find something at the buffet at every meal. I would def visit again. "

"After 3 years of renovations the formerly known Belive Hamaca hotel is now reopened and rebranded. They did a great job with updating and refurbishing this run down hotel. Overall a 7/10 rating. I stayed in room 008, with 1 major problem: the toilet on the floor above me was leaking non stop with a constant non stop drip with smelly water. I told the reception about it, many promises, but the problem was never fixed, nor was I given an alternative room. Nor was my room cleaned during my 2 night stay. At checkout they tried to nor return my 200$ hold on my credit card, but I insisted on having it credited back to my card as I was checking out. So overal not the best experience. Buffet breakfast & dinner were good with lots of choices. Will I return on next business trip? I doubt it. "

"The place was very clean and neat staff was wonderful. The only little problem is we had a shower, slow drain, which we reported."

"The Power went out 7 times within 2 Days. Hot means Cold and Cold means Hot when using the shower or sink. It seems as if no one knew what was going on day to day! All though it say "All In-Clusive" beware of how they treat you. They seem as if they don't want it to be inclusive, they want you to be limited in everything."

"Staff were great overall! check-in process excellent and fast! Pool area, Beach and Ocean view Stunning! The apartment didn’t feel or smell clean when we arrived . Kitchen cooking pots were old and rusty. Oven and microwave were dirty and oven was old and rusty. Both bathrooms had the sink and shower drains clogged. We got our own cleaning supplies and unclogged the sinks and showers drain. No close by restaurants or food store. Order your own uber the taxi company the property offers overcharges. "

"I love this place! They have a private beach and restaurant with a gorgeous view of the sea! If I can give this place a million stars I would! This is the best resort that I ever stayed at and the food is excellent here!"
