"The parking was expensive $35 a night plus tax, but liked that it was outside and not underground. There was also always available parking. In room, the mirror and lighting needed upgraded. For women, hard to see to put makeup on."

"Family of 4 with two school age kids. Our room was small, clean and smelled clean. The air conditioning went lower than 68 and made the room very comfortable along with the most comfortable beds. We all slept great. The pool was cold but my kids lived it. Having pool noodles available was great. The hot tub was wonderful. We ate on the patio and it was a fantastic meal and the service was excellent. The shuttle was fast and super convenient. We would stay here again."

"Stayed at the LAX Holiday Inn 10/17/26-10/19/2026. Very clean, helpful staff, comfy beds, and the shuttle to and from the airport was very cost effective and saved time! Yes, you could stay at more fancier hotels, but this was a good mix of quality and comfort at a decent price. Another bonus is having a McDonalds 100ft away and two gas stations in walking distance. Other notable items: VIP Shuttle service to the Rams game, nice/long lobby, good restaurant in the lobby and the area was pretty safe (busy area due to being next to the airport. Not necessarily unsafe for family, but not very kid friendly outside of the hotel. Overall great experience and recommend staying here!"

"Beautiful property, only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the bed wasn’t attached to the headboard. When we sat to watch tv and unwind from our day the bed started sliding away from us. Would 100% book again though."

"This has to be the nicest hotel in the area, great bar, and restaurant downstairs, very clean. Very fun at the topgolf area, and very NFL driven. My only complaint would be if you purchased the complementary breakfast in the lounge package, the woman who sits at the door will tell you there’s no such thing as the free breakfast, when clearly we just came from our room with our kids to get the free breakfast, we asked her three times, and she tried to send us to the restaurant 3x to go pay for breakfast. Finally, we knew there was something wrong with her, so we bypass her and just put her key on the door to the lounge and went in and got our free breakfast. She was just on her cell phone the whole time in La La Land, she is the only person there we have to complain about. Probably on social media instead of doing her job. Everything else was great, but look out for the girl at the lounge door in the mornings that’s just doom scrolling on her phone and not realizing what she’s saying to guests who have paid a lot of money."
