4 star experience at 5 star price. For what we paid, (~$600 a night, with a ton of charges slapped on at the end, which we expected), the experience was utterly disappointing. You're probably better off staying at one of the many 4* hotels next door for $200; you'll get the same experience without the disappointment.
Details: Disappointing interior; the hotel/contractor skimped on a lot of things (including cheap furnishing and chandelier straight from taobao); despite opening 1.5 years ago, carpet was already fading and fraying; shower knob fixture didn't stay in the same place so you couldn't set the water temperature right.
Brunch at the place downstair was good.
I've never seen a fake pool at a 5 star hotel (or any hotel); it looks nice on the photo, but is about 1 foot deep; plus side is your baby won't drown.
