Beautiful hotel with a fabulous rooftop bar and restaurant. Karla makes a mean margarita! The room was extremely clean and the mid-century modern vibe with a glamorous Hollywood twist was truly cool!

- location was ok, nothing too much within walking distance. So Uber or a car is needed. - Free coffee for guests at the cafe on L3. Fantastic coffee - Gym was quite large with decent amount of cardio machines. - Not enough towels in the room for 3 people. Housekeeping also didn’t leave enough towels. Easily sorted by the hotel reception.

Very neat and good location
Very beautiful and neat hotel. Enjoyed the location. Receptionist during check in was a bit ride, did not explain wifi process etc. But while check out the receptionist was wonderful. Liked the in room amenities like travel charger and blue tooth speaker.

Disappointing 4 star hotel with a 5 star price tag
4 star experience at 5 star price. For what we paid, (~$600 a night, with a ton of charges slapped on at the end, which we expected), the experience was utterly disappointing. You're probably better off staying at one of the many 4* hotels next door for $200; you'll get the same experience without the disappointment. Details: Disappointing interior; the hotel/contractor skimped on a lot of things (including cheap furnishing and chandelier straight from taobao); despite opening 1.5 years ago, carpet was already fading and fraying; shower knob fixture didn't stay in the same place so you couldn't set the water temperature right. Brunch at the place downstair was good. I've never seen a fake pool at a 5 star hotel (or any hotel); it looks nice on the photo, but is about 1 foot deep; plus side is your baby won't drown.
