"Loved the property and staff. Pool, hot tub, rooftop and sauna/steam rooms were excellent. The only reason I would not rate it excellent overall was its location near a bus stop/station. Overnight the noise was aggravating rendering the balcony useless."

"Good place to stay in Long Beach. Very spacious rooms and due to the layout of the hotel a bit of an oasis even though right next to a busy mall and street. Noisy air conditioner and to be a true luxury stop the bedding needs an upgrade. Pool music at 9am saturday not appreciated."

"Very friendly front desk staff. Room was available to us hours before check-in time, which was wonderful after a long day travelling. The room itself was small but had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. The free use of bikes was a bonus! They were happy to provide local information, hold our luggage for us upon check out for a few hours. Highly recommend 😊"

"The motel and room were great for our requirements. The only issue was the street noise late at night while trying to sleep as the property was right on the corner and people were speeding by late at night. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely go there again."
