"Everything was perfect and the staff was great however it was freezing cold. I think they had some air-conditioning problems. Other than that everyone was super helpful and I do suggest that they should put on their website the payments that they don’t accept just makes it a little bit more inconvenient for people who don’t have backup payment methods."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Downtown, close to many dining options and shopping, parking is close but is extra, rooms were quiet and clean and the beds were very comfortable. "
