Reception staff, always helpful. The hotel’s location is great. Our room had amazing views but it was tired looking. We did not have our room serviced on our first day and no reason was given.

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Room was amazing-very nice to have a fairly separate living room from bedroom (bathroom was between) so teens and parents can have seperate spaces. The lobby and buffet areas were spotless with lots of staff on hand. Never had to wait for anything and very accommodating.

Royal Garden Hotel
The Hotel and the staff was excellent. The Breakfast was great with many options and the hours to have a relaxed breakfast was more than fair. Royal National Hotel
The level of customer service was excellent. A full staffed foyer, a helper at hand in every area, you just don’t get that level of service these days. Really, really great stay.
