Awful Service

it's above a pub. the landlady was very u professional- rude. Ended up being sent to another horrible hotel in Forest Gate - 30min away. The place was cold, dirty and inhabitable as I have asthma. again it was above a pub and the land lady was rude when I asked about the heating. will never recommend it to anybody. even when I am stranded I would rather sleep on the street.

worst hotel I have ever seen

this hotel's ground floor is a indecent bar which is full of dangerous gangs. The foom is full of filthy smell. The beds look like never cleand. It's a unhealthy unsafe hotel.

Awful!!!

Till date, One of the worst experience in Londonsout hotel. The room light was dead, the charging sockets points are 60% damaged, ground floor they have a pub so it was very noisy till 12.30am & @ around 2am I heard a sound like a big glass was broken, next morning hotels front door was closed. A must avoid hotel especially family.....

Worst Hotel I have ever Stayed in!!

I feel bad for the staff as I write this as they are friendly and welcoming but this place is a shocker. I dont think it should be called a hotel as it is effectively a run down hostel above a pub. The rooms are in a terrible state with plaster falling off the walls, old thrown together furniture. Mold in the Showers - it really needs to be seen to be believed. Many of the rooms do not have bathrooms. There is no parking unless you just hope the curb and park right next to the door. Everything else around is on street residential / pay parking with time limits I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that

un hotel sympa pour un weekend imprévu

Nous avons réservé cet hotel en dernière minute, pour un weekend à Londres. l'hotel est situé dans un quartier populaire, à 20min du centre en métro. Marchez au moins 10 min du métro à l'hotel! Bon rapport qualité/prix, personnel sympathique et petit déjeuner typiquement anglais. petit plus : serviettes de bain changées chaque jour. attention, salle de bain et toilettes communs (ce qui est très fréquent à londres) qui sont néanmoins propres et corrects. Petit bémol, à notre arrivée la réceptionniste qui nous informe que le terminal cb est en panne... et que le distributeur de billets se trouve assez loin...bon..

ロンドン市内で安くなら・・・

留学のための渡英でしたが、定住先が決まるまでの、一時的な宿泊先として、コストを考えて選択しました（定住先が見つかるまでの期間が全くの未定だったので）。部屋はベッドと冷蔵庫で他に殆どスペースはありません。帰宅して寝るだけの施設です。廊下が若干、カビ臭かったです。シャワーの水圧はほぼ落差程度しかありません。14泊しましたが、タオルやシーツ交換がない日の方が多かったです。週末は、下のパブが夜中までうるさいです。そんな環境でも問題ない方には、低価格で泊まれる宿泊先です（一応、個室だし）。Upton Park駅からホテルまでの環境は、夜になると、日本人旅行者の女性が一人で出歩ける環境ではありません。

Rocky start

Reception is through the pub. It didn't open until 5 pm. First room had bed bugs. Quickly given another room. Otherwise an OK stay.

I stayed while on business Disappointed with my experience for example: Tea, coffee and sugar in room but NO kettle staff tried to help and told me the owner would sort this later - the owner didn't turn up TV in room but no remote

Et avsidesliggende og artig hotell

Upton var et herlig område, men hotellet var så som så. Rommene var atskilt av lettvegger, våknet flere ganger av at jeg trodde det var noen inne i rommet, når naboene pratet sammen. Fikk rengjort rommet en gang i løpet av hele oppholdet. Varmtvannet forsvant 2 av dagene. Veldig langt inn til London sentrum. Brukte 1200 kroner på taxi en dag vi var ute på byen.

Central hotel i Upton park-London

Hotellet er en brun pub som leier ut rom i overetasjen. Det er helt stille etter midnatt med få unntak. Rommet hadde både kjøleskap, mikrobølgeovn og engelske stikkontakter. Frokosten var kjempegod, med egg, bacon, pølse, bønner og toast. Eneste minus var at det er litt langt utenfor sentrum.

Hotellet er ganske fint. Fint værelse dog uden tolilet og bad som lå på gangen, men det var os okay. Pænt og rent toilet, bad og værelse. vi har været godt tilfreds med opholdet.
