A wonderful find at last minute. From check in to check out I had not one problem... the young lady on reception was extremely helpful as was the gentleman who who helped her find me on the system as my booking literally just got confirmed. The staff allowed me to keep my luggage safe before check in as I was early. The room was lovely as was the solitude of a garden space... the little bird is cheeky though. Turned my back it was having spagetti. A wonderful hotel I will visit again soon.

The property's location is excellent, very close to Russell Square Tube station and King's X station. The furniture in the studio is simple but very functional. A great plus. Cleanliness can be improved, especially the bathroom. Stronger odor killing detergent should be used. Quite disappointing that staff members refuse to help elderly customers with the luggage. Even though the property description does say that there is no elevator, but it will help to avoid any misunderstanding to specify the number of floors in the building and state clearly that no luggage help is available. It's much better to set correct expectations up front than putting elderly customers in a difficult to handle situation after a long flight. I have a second reservation a few weeks later after the cruise, the front office helps by putting a note to give me lower floors next time.

The room was obviously a student let previously. The bed was very small for 2 with no headboard. Bed was pushed up against the wall so difficult to get in . Also No bedside tables . Very basic interior and an unwelcoming smell . Didn’t open patio door as saw mice outside. Very disappointed. Had no need for microwave etc . Would have liked more room for the amount paid .

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Studios2let in London, and we will definitely be back. It is convenient to everything, It is great having a kitchen, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean. My only negative is I would have liked to have another chair.

Check in was easy and I was able to get a room about an hour before check in time which was amazing after a long overnight flight. Minor complaints: The lack of outlets in the bathroom. The only mirrors in the room were in the bathroom with no outlets and in the kitchen. I essentially I had to blow dry my hair and flat iron it in the kitchen area. This can’t necessarily be helped but the room was a downstairs room meaning I was in like a basement level room and the windows were very drafty. I couldn’t figure out how to turn up the heat and the instructions weren’t very clear so I spent a lot of my nights bundled up struggling to stay warm. It wasn’t unbearable just mildly annoying. The last thing is the refrigerator didn’t seem to work very well which was disappointing as I booked the room mostly for the use of the kitchen. It seemed like I couldn’t find a happy medium with the temperature. It was either too low and the food felt too warm or once I got it high enough that it felt cold enough to keep everything safely chilled, everything froze. All in all a decent experience and may book again if I’m in need.

Expedia should be more thoroughly checking the offerings. We booked a superior room with a courtyard terrace and mini-kitchen. An apartment/hotel. We paid extra for this offering. It was in the basement. The terrace (patio) was below the courtyard. We looked at a cement wall. We had to look up to see the sky. It was like we were staying in a bunker! There wasn't any room service, limited towels and other amenities. You had to go to the front desk each day with your dirty items and request clean. Sometimes they didn't have any clean so you would have to go back. It was ridiculous. We were having a vacation that was rare for us. We were out everyday, no time to visit the front desk seeking towels. In the end we made it work. And perhaps the upper level rooms are fine. But it has hostel vibes. And our room certainly didn't look anything like the photos. The photos are not a true representation of the accommodation offering. Again, Expedia should be checking what it is promoting.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at Studios2let Bloomsbury. Excellent location close to public transportation. Very quiet neighborhood, but just around the corner are shops and pubs. We found the property to be well maintained, a small, but well appointed full kitchen, and very comfortable bed. The staff was amazing, always with a cheery attitude, and excellent knowledge of the area. Many thanks to Gian, Naomi, and Aistijus for all of their assistance and patience. There is a laundry room in every building, making extended stays all the more acceptable. We felt that the price that we paid for our stay was quite conservative for what Studios2let offers. See you next year!

Flat 10 in building 40 needs attention. The heat was not working the first night but was repaired the next day. The hook in the bathroom that was missing (except for the holes where it had been) left no place to hang a towel. There is no shelf or place in the shower for soap or shampoo etc. These are little things that affect the enjoyment of one’s stay and should be addressed. Otherwise it’s a great location.

We picked Studios2Let based on the reviews of the property and the reasonable cost per night for the standard room. The hotel is at a walking distance from Saint Pancras train station, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet in general, close to many restaurants and cafés. Regarding the room, it is small but well maintained, very convenient for a short stay. The bed is comfortable and the sheets clean. A couple of cons: - The building does not have elevator hence you must be prepared to use the stairs or request a room in the ground floor. - The bathroom of the standard room is quite small which may result inconvenient for tall people. I travelled with my wife and will certainly book it again in the future.

It was unclear to us that by staying here you didn’t get your room cleaned daily, you didn’t get any of your coffee /tea filled daily, you didn’t get new towels every day unless you brought them to the front desk. I had to dump my own garbage. and go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper. This was not disclosed to us when we booked. We were under the impression that this was a hotel, and was told that you have to book for seven days to get your room cleaned once and for anything else you have to do it yourself. I never ever ever would have booked your head I’d known so. We’re on vacation And we would’ve paid more somewhere else. The price of this unit not only was super small for the price and had zero amenities. Our friend stayed right down the street for $60 a night and got full service.

Stay here if your focus is to visit treassures of knowledge on museums AND if you are fit to walk for a number of hours. Expect simplicity and practicity, no luxury. Be sure not to bring a car :-) you wont need it. Subway, british library and british museum are walkable. Buckinham (say hello to Camilla for me), London eye, big ben and others are walkable. 1hour metro to LHR Stay on an executive suite, ask for 4th floor for zero noise... after walking so much, you are going to need it (no elevators, luggage will be a problem if you are not fit). Made breakfast on mini kitchen ourselves. Pubs and restaurants near by Brgds Daniel

It is a short walk from St. Pancras if taking a train into the city. The area around the hotel is very nice and peaceful. The staff is great! The apartments could use some minor renovations.

Not bad at all, great location
Great location few mins walk from King’s Cross station. Check in was easy and our room was ready early so we went straight in. Staff were lovely. Overall the cleanliness wasn’t brilliant. The bed and linen were immaculate but the floor not so much in corners but overall good enough. The bathroom was small but had everything u needed including an emergency dental kit that my partner needed. Shower was quite powerful too. Towels were also provided. The only bad thing to say about this place was the mattress was rock hard like a futon mattress. No bounce in it whatsoever. I do have back issues and like a hard bed but this was really hard although I was so tired I slept anyway. Would I stay here again? Yes

There were construction works happening during my stay and my room was right next to them so it was very noisy and disruptive. Woke me up at 8:30am and I couldn’t open my curtain because the workers were near my window. However the layout of the room, kitchen facilities and bed were fine.

Excellent value, very convenient for St Pancras. Perfect for a night or 2 as long as you aren’t expecting to cook a 3 course meal. Too hot though
