Misleading and disappointing
No contact info 4 days before my arrival so I initiated contact. Margo was fast at getting to me and arranging the check in. First off I was given the wrong address, 238 city turned out to be 261..NO WIFI, only one key with a Fob for the 1st floor, even though our room was on the second. Had to have the concierge let us in each time. He told us that the owner was told two years ago to buy the correct Fob, but doesn't care. Blinds in living room were broken and wouldn't close so no privacy as several blind panels lay crumpled on the ground. Dinner plate had huge chip missing, heated floors not working, poor tv signals..otherwise..place was ok. Would not go back.
