Don't do it.
This was horrific. Key not in key safe as per email from owner, no reply to emails and phone number listed doesn't work. We found the back door unlocked and it is only thanks to this that we were able to access the place. I still haven't had any contact from the owner regarding access. The lock on the room doesn't work, we had to put a chest of drawers against the door to stop it opening in the night (not even able to close the door as the actual bolt was missing). The kitchen looked okay and the room had its own bathroom, which was okay except there was an extractor fan which was extremely noisy all night and didn't have the cover, leaving wires etc exposed. The only positive was the fact this was really close to the arena, but we would not stay here again regardless. I would strongly recommend paying an extra £20 for a secure room in a hotel much closer to the arena where you don't have to barricade yourself in the room and don't have to risk having to sleep in the car.
