Good option if you’re looking for an airport hotel. Food and choose are decent, good coffee shop and loads of place to lounge around downstairs. Room was good, I had an upgraded room and it was very comfortable.

We had a nice quiet 3 night stay at this Hotel, the rooms are clean, the bed was so comfy, the bathrooms are a mice size, very roomy. Would stay at this Hotel every time we are just passing through London. Nook now, you wouldnt be disappointed

This hotel near the airport offers reasonable rates. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were helpful. Using this hotel as a base, I was able to visit Windsor Castle and explore London city center while keeping overall costs low.

Nice & easy to get to from terminal 2 & 3 catching bus at stand 8 or 9. Aware booking in was 3pm, but after 32 hours of travelling from NZ, I was Unable to book into my room a couple of hour early without a charge of £15. But room was lovely, clean, staff friendly. Evening meal and breakfast was excellent at restaurant

We booked this as it was close to airport (still a £20 taxi ride which we thought was high). We arrived from US at 5am and our accommodations in London were not available until 4pm. So we took a bit of a nap and were refreshed by checkout at noon and could start our explorations. Worth it.

Great place when needing a stop over. Quick checkins, clean lobby, has restaurant and bar on site. Food was good. Lots of options on the buffet. Room was cery clean, beds comfortable. Not much on the TV especially for kids. Quiet and comfortable. Nothing in the area so a bit isolated if long layover. Shuttle (paid) offered to and from terminals 2,3 and 5. Would definitely stay again

This was a good, affordable place to stay and travel into London on the train. We are Americans and were able to navigate the bus and train around the hotel with no trouble. We loved the veg options at the hotel restaurant. The hotel vending machines had good snacks AND American electric adaptors! The hotel was quiet even when the downstairs bar was very lively. Our only critique is that the hotel wifi was barely workable.
