Great location. First time in London. This place is close to a tube (subway). A few pubs and restaurants nearby. Tower of London is a 3 minute walk. Restaurant /pub inside the hotel is very good.

The location is super convenient, just a few blocks from a tube station on lines that hit all the major tourist destinations. Our room was comfortable, quite roomy (for London), bathroom, linens, towels, etc all good quality. Front desk staff helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was good for drinks or a quick meal.

Didn’t like having to load and access an App to ask for anything. No phone in room and had to use App to talk to reception. Had to order toilet paper on App!! Sheets never changed in 5 day stay. Had to pay forty pounds to check into room early and another 10 pounds for a later checkout (only 2 hours extra). Unannounced fire alarm drill had us walk down 6 floors to be told it was an unannounced staff exercise!!! No comms over public address system. No lotion, toothbrushes or shaving equipment in room and had to refer on App if wanted. Response to any App requests could be several hours later. Room was noisy when posted as sound proofed and Black out curtains did not fit properly so didn’t work. Breakfast was very expensive. Arrangements made in person at reception were not passed on to next shift. Won’t be staying here again.

Customer service it’s insensitive and rude. My flight to London was cancelled due to that Heathrow super weird closure on 3/21 which made my vacation ruined and the management of the hotel refused to refund my money.

Nice location, breakfast is recommended because in sites around the hotel is way more expensive. Lack of amenities in the bathroom. Don´t book through Expedia because if you cancel due to grave incidents out of your control, they don´t show up accordingly. My brother had to cancel his trip because of the Heathrow fire and the hotel and Expedia charged him one full night, although I advised the hotel in advance of the unwilling cancellation.

£40 to check in an hour early

Great location. Very disappointed to find that reception could not check me in an hour before 1500 but would do so if I paid an additional £40. Nickel and diming from a Hotel like this was not appreciated

Novotel Winter Run Accommodation.

On arrival the staff were friendly and very helpful and this continued for the remainder of our stay. The double room was excellent, a good size, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was first class. Meals were reasonably price and the service was excellent. The bar restaurant was informal and welcoming. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a weekend break in London. Location was in super easy access to the transport network. Would definitely use again.

Good hotel, excelent localization

It is the fourth time that we have stayed at this hotel. Although we like it very much, this time in particular the cleanliness was not good. The bathroom had a clogged sink that remained as it is for 8 days, and you could see the floor could have been better cleaned. Also, the bedsheet was not changed accordingly, until we removed it from the bed and threw it on the floor to signal that it should have been changed. Also, for the first time some guest from the lower room complained twice at the same day that we were making noise, dragging the furniture etc, which was not true - at the second time we were sleeping and we were bothered by the hotel staff about this guest complaint. We never had any issue similar to that, but unfortunately the front desk lady seemed to agree to the annoyed guest and not believe on us, just mentioning "some people are more sensitive to noise", seeming that we were really acting against the hotel rules, which made us disappointed, afterall, as said, it was the fourth time that we were at that hotel. Facts should be investigated for sure, but also the guests' history. Also, if we were making some kind of noise, the rooms close to us could have "confirmed" the fact - which they couldn't, as it did not happen at all. At the end, we learned that the complaining guest had left at next day, not having passed 8 days as we did at the hotel (so the next guest would have "the same problem" if we were "lying"), We have booked this hotel on February 2024, hav
