All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up.

I loved our stay and the location was great. Not to far from Hither Green station, that took you right down in the heart of London (maybe a 10-15min ride). Rooms were spaces for London and we had a fully functional kitchen. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The gentleman who helped us check in was excellent 1) he waited for us past 6:00pm, 2) he gave us tips about things to do in the area, and 3) he drove us to Greenwich Observatory (he refused to accept a gratuity). One woman at the hotel was unkind to us 1) she yelled at us for leaving a fan on for two hours, 2) we went to another hotel for one night (no AC at the Lyall), so they changed the door access code without telling us; when we called, she said she had tried to contact us for days, and 3) they picked up a towel from the floor and two from bathroom hooks and put them outside to dry (no replacement and no way to know which had been on the floor).

Thank you for your comments. We apologies for the mixup over the door codes and to ensure the guests that stay in our hotel are always look after we change our door codes on a regular basis. All guest are informed if they are resident on the day before of the change and as you were not present and would be spending a day away, it was not possible to provide you the new door code. We do however provide a 24 hour call service so can contact us if you arrive and the code has been changed. We have now changed this procedure and all guest that provide a mobile phone number are now texted the new door codes. We provide self-catered apartments, towels are changed every 3 days. We do also provide washing machines so you are able to wash all items you bring including towels and sheets should you require it. If you do require a towel change before this, reception should be advised of this and the change would be provided for you immediately. Your comments have been noted and we address all guest messages to provided the optimal services. Otherwise we are happy that the rest of your stay at the homeland in London was enjoyable.

Superior friendly staff, very helpful. The family room fit my family of 5 just perfect, the walk to Hither Green Rail becomes automatic and you dont even notice after a few days. The store next door is handy.

Great place to stay
We stayed here for 6 nights. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Train station is just a short walk and there are 2 grocery stores within walking distance (one next door). I liked having a kitchen so we could store snacks and make our own breakfasts in the morning. My only wish would be to have a dryer along with the wash machine. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting London.

Would never stay here again!!!!
Room key did not work and was stuck in the lobby for almost 5 hours, with 2 children. No one is at the front desk after 6:00 pm. Even called emergency phone numbers over 25 times in a 5 hour time frame and no one answered any of the calls. They finally showed up after 1:00 am, with my children sleeping in the lobby to let us in the room. The next day, actually said their phone "by accident was put on Airplane mode". Not sure how all THREE different phone numbers were put on "Airplane Mode". Did not offer us a discount or anything. I would never stay at this establishment again. Never stay anywhere there is not someone at the front desk at all times. Lesson learned.

We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. As mentioned on your booking we are a self-catered apartment hotel and our reception closes at 6pm and only opens for late check-in's. We do inform all guests when check-in in, since the keys are magnetic to keep them away from your mobile phone. This prevents any possibility of them being erased. Our members of staff are not sure which numbers you were ringing, but we have only two numbers one being the hotel main number, and the other is the night emergency number. Your request for assistance for being locked out was received by a message sent through Expedia. We responded as soon as we received it, members of staff attended to your request immediately and were at the location at 11.30pm providing you assistance to enter your apartment. We are very sorry that you are unhappy with your stay at the hotel, and hope that the apartment and its facilities were adequate for your needs. Kind regards

Convenient Location
This apartment /hotel is convenient to the Hither Green overground rail station, and several bus routes. So, it's quite easy to get into downtown London. So, you're not paying paying downtown London hotel prices. It's nice to be able to get up in the morning and make a cup of tea. There's a small grocery store next door and a Tesco a couple of blocks away. There's also a fast food place next door that makes terrific chicken burgers.

Perfect!
Absolutely lovely hotel apartment. Clean, modern, fully fitted out with washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge, lovely bathroom. So impressed, the owners are really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. There are trains and buses very near and so easy to get anywhere in London.

It was a extremely bad experience . Upon arrival we were told the price we were charged was not for the pictures on date of booking . The staff were rude and it was too far to every thing . I will not book any thing else with Expedia in the future . Thank you

Children friendly quiet neighborhood
Very helpful reception. The room had a washer which was very convenient especially traveling with children and wanting to wash clothes. They also provided a crib for free, just need to ask. Very quiet area with a great pizza place and grocery store beside it. Hither green train station is just 5-6 min walk that connects you to London. I would recommend this place if you want to stay at a quiet neighborhood and have some peace of mind. Very children friendly.

Cogimos un apartamento familiar, era correcto aunque esperaba más, es pequeño y el nuestro no tenia ninguna ventana, solo una puerta que daba a un patio de exterior que daba miedo. La responsable no habla castellano. Una cosa que me ha sorprendido es los comentarios de los usuarios referente a la distancia hasta la estación de tren, desde luego que no es para ir con niños, 10 min de noche casi en la oscuridad y no es de los mejores barrios...en fin, no volveré.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not what you expected. We check the patio and is well lite with planters around it. The station is a 5 minute walk with a side access to it leading directly onto the platform for a 8 minute journey directly into the centre of London. We cannot change external factor outside the hotel but the area is probably one of the safest in London. We aim to provide the best service possible and urge you in future to bring you concerns to the reception so they may advise and assist you better to ensure you have the best stay possible.

Das Appartement hat uns gefallen wir war zufrieden. Was einzigen nach 2 Tagen war sehr fiel Staub im Appartement und bis unsere Abreise hat keine gesaugt das war nicht schön wenn dort war Staubsauger können wir selbst machen . Sonst beim Ankunft wir sind um 22:30 Uhr gekommen hat auf uns eine gewartet und alles erzählt über Appartement wie alles funktioniert. Wir haben vergessen Adaptern für Steckdose er hat uns seine gegeben.verbindung ist sehr gut. Hotel hat 6 Appartement .

米国滞在の長女と欧州旅行を企画し、このアパート形式のホテルを選択し集合。日本からということで2寝室にアップグレードしてもらえた。改装して間もないようで綺麗で快適。一階にコンビニ、近くにスーパーやレストランがあり便利。ロンドンの南側に位置するので地下鉄ではなく電車ですが、ロンドンブリッジや中心部まで13分ほどで行ける。次回も利用したいしお勧めできる。

Ideaal appartement-hotel combinatie in rustige buurt met de voordelen van hotel en appartement samen. Vriendelijke ontvangst en alles zag er netjes en verzorgt uit. Voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen en eventueel zelf iets klaar te maken (keuken attributen waren enigszins beperkt), Wi-Fi werkte perfect. Op loopafstand van station, welke een goede verbinding had met Londen van s'morgens vroeg tot s'avonds laat. Winkel op loopafstand voor eventueel verse broodjes

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel in einer Vorstadt Londons. Gut mit den railway-Zügen zu erreichen. Trotzdem ruhige Lage. Daneben direkt ein Supermarkt zum Einkauf fürs Nötigste und ein Pizza-Taxi. Der Zustand der Betten/Matratzen könnte besser sein, ist aber ok.

Leider haben die Apartments keine Airconditions, der Grundriss ist sehr unguenstig, weil man zunaechst durch das Schlafzimmer (ohne Fenster) geht, bevor man in den Wohnbereich kommt. Die Belueftung fuer das Schlafzimmer kann nur ueber die Terrassentuer erfolgen. Die Terrasse ist offen zu allen angrenzenden Terrassen. Bei gutem Wetter spielt sich sehr viel auf den Terrassen ab und das mitunter bis spaet in die Nacht und darueber hinaus.

Nettes Apartment, alles sauber. Supermarkt hat fast durchgehend geöffnet und befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Außer einem Schnellimbiss leider keine Lokale in direkter Umgebung. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt! Ganz toller Service an der Rezeption. Leider sehr abgelegen und weit von der City entfernt. Lange Fahrt mit diversen Bahnen, oftmaliges Umsteigen notwendig.

Estávamos em 5 pessoas e todos dormimos bem confortáveis. O apartamento em que ficamos é amplo e tudo novo.Tem até máquina de lavar roupas. E a proprietária é muito simpática.No primeiro dia foi difícil encontrar o apartamento, mas depois que aprendemos a locomoção se tornou fácil

Grazioso appartamento con tutti i confort
soggiorno ok in questa struttura. Alloggi molto confortevoli anche per chi come me si sposta con la famiglia, la cucina era pulita e ben attrezzata, come il bagno e la camera. Ottimo il wi-fi gratuito.Comodo anche ai mezzi di trasporto, con il treno sei nel centro di Londra in circa 10 minuti. Consiglio vivamente
