Nice to have a new hotel option in Sutton. Grew up in the area and was back visiting family for a week. Hotel is conveniently located and the only downside is lack of easy parking although that wasn’t an issue for me because I used public transport or walked everywhere I needed to go. Rooms are clean, quiet and have all the amenities I needed.

Hotel was easy to get to. Room was clean, Comfortable and nice and warm. Only downside was no mini fridge and parking was disappointing as the allocated slots was u available due to building works and no advance was given.

One of the best services, everyone's at this hotel was just amazing. It was a wonderful experience staying there. I'll definitely stay there again and again. Easy public transportation, walking distance from point A to points B,C etc.. From the front desk staff to the lovely ladies in the hotel restaurant. Especially Ms. Azizah in the restaurant, she's lovely with a personality of a angle 😍 All the ladies at the hotel was just outstanding. The room was lovely and very comfortable and spacious, very clean. Thank you staff members at Ibis hotel London Sutton England. Looking forward to staying there again.

Everything was superb. Clean, polite staff, close to the station. One demerit is the mattress, fine for the first day. For some reason I couldn't sleep on the second day because the bed was too hard. Thankfully I had twin beds, so I took the extra mattress layer and put on the other one. Then i could sleep. I would still give a 5 star. Cos every other thing was excellent

Good clean place. Room clean and good condition. Didn’t like the low buzz from AC. Tried to turn off. Also didn’t like the scratchy sheets. Slightly bobbled. Breakfast hot, and lots of it. Help yourself to the food and beverages. Restaurant clean, tidy and quiet. I hate noisy, busy places.

It was a really nice hotel the staff were friendly & just amazing. My room was spot on had everything i needed was clean & comfortable had great mights sleep. Its local 2 everything trains buses and amenities. I would recommend this hotel 2 anyone and will definitely stay there again 10 out of 10.

i arrived late after an event, was asked for ID which took me aback as stay at this hotel regularly, response was they need to check who is coming in. Not the normal welcome I am used to. The room was small, and switch was sticky and the room didnt smell like it normally is when i enter previous rooms.
