Basic accommodation in London.. as any where in London rooms are tiny. My room faced the street so it was noisy until late evening. Breakfast included was a nice perk and it was a very good breakfast. The location of this place can’t be beat.. literally two blocks from Hyde park and two blocks to Underground. For the price it was good value for London accommodation but was very basic.

My stay at Hyde Park Radner hotel was excellent! The breakfast was delicious and a very good sized portion. There were dining options nearby and Paddington station was only 3 minutes away. The room is a little small but that was the only downside (and not that bad anyway). I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and convenient for all travel within London ! Hotel reception staff Joseph and Abu were excellent resource of information. Great place to stay and breakfast was very fresh and sumptuous!

I had a 4 night stay at the Hyde Park Radnor Hotel, & I would stay there again. The room had been refurbished in the last few years, & had a newer digital TV. There was a good cooked breakfast available. I have no complaints about the hotel. The room was clean & it was a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station.

This is a great little simple hotel. It was incredibly quiet, clean, comfortable and close to both Paddington station and to Hyde Park. The staff was helpful and the great hot English breakfast was served quickly and with a smile! I don’t need a fancy room that I am only going to sleep in but for me the above are most important and this little hotel delivered! I would definitely stay here again!

This is a good basic hotel. The room was comfortable (the bed more comfortable than some 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in), the heating worked well, the bathroom was clean and the breakfast included was great. The lady who runs the kitchen is just so lovely and the English breakfast they offer is cooked fresh unlike other hotels where it is kept in hot servers. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, close to Paddington station I’d highly recommend this one.

Great location, friendly staff
Really friendly staff, especially the restaurant team, who served up a great breakfast every morning. The hotel isn’t the Ritz, but for the price you pay, it’s comfortable, feels safe and is a stones throw from Paddington station. I’d recommend for solo travellers

f you don’t mind the dirtiness, the smell , sharing with bed bugs and having no safety of a workable lock on your door, then this place is for you.!Specifically, the room was considerably smaller than advertised, and the overall condition of the property was far from what was portrayed. There was not nearly enough room for three people as described in the booking details. Additionally, to my alarm, there were signs of bed bug infestation in the room. This is completely unacceptable. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room that made it uninhabitable. The door did not lock properly either, causing safety issues. We had to urgently book an alternative hotel accommodation for the night, which caused us significant distress and inconvenience. The hotel is avoiding calls and emails from Expedia to resolve our dispute.

This property is about location! Walking distance to almost every where you need to go. The best part about this property is the friendly front desk staff and the lovely ladies serving breakfast. However there’s room for improvement. Saw spiderwebs in my room, the coffee cup hasn’t been clean properly and the tv is dusty. One time i ran out of toilet paper and have to ask for it at the front desk. The mattress needs to change as it is uneven on one the end.

Great stay
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly, and their included breakfast generous and a nice touch. Yes, the rooms are small, but that is London, and the location to Paddington station (5 minute walk) is excellent.

I was traveling solo for business reasons. So my room was a single with a (American full) bed for one. But it was comfortable and cozy. The en suite bathroom was very small, but modern and clean. Staff cleaned daily. The price included breakfast everyday. English breakfast: fried egg, sausage, ham, baked beans, and hashbrowns. Plus coffee or tea. Perfect big protein meal to get all the way to dinner without buying lunch. Hotel was close to Hyde Park (opposite end from Buckingham Palace) and Paddington train and tube stations. Easy from Heathrow. Great to explore West London, Windsor Castle, Eton, Central London, museums, etc. Mughals Indian restaurant is excellent and close by.

Best little hotel
This is my fourth stay at this wonderful hotel, cannot recommend enough. It's central to Paddington so has all the tube lines available and also Hyde Park within walking distance. The rooms are clean and bright, the staff warm friendly and helpful answered any travel questions we have and breakfast is superb whether you want a full English or continental pastry and everything in between. Already looking forward to the next stay.

Over-all a good stay. A couple of minor problems with the bathroom where dealt with immediately. Staff where very friendly and helpful. One thing i would suggest, a small shelf in the shower to put shampoo/shower gel on. Would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Excellent location in a quiet area
This hotel is in a great location for Hyde Park/Marble Arch/Oxford Street/Kensington Palace. It is only a 3 minute walk from Paddington Station in a lovely quiet area. The hotel is adequate (I wouldn't say it was 4 stars!). We booked a small double room which was fine just to lay your head each night. The bathroom was modern and clean with a nice big shower. A full English breakfast is on offer each morning alongside a continental option. This is a no frills, 3 star hotel in my opinion.

The location is excellent. It is difficult for me to believe that this is a 4 star hotel The pictures on their advertising is misleading. The rooms have no decoration. Headboards just frame and mattress back to college rooms. Multiple unrepaired wall damage and the bathroom was so small without new daily amenities that it is inconceivable in a 4 star hotel. Again hard to believe this hotel is anywhere near a four star hotel

My room smelled for the time I was staying. I tried to used the AC that was in my room and it never worked. In the shower there was mold on the ceiling. The shower water pressure was very low and could barely fit inside the shower itself.
