Well situated close to underground and shops. Our room had a wonderful view of the river. The beds were extremely comfortable and heating worked very well.
In the city centre, Holiday Inn London-Kensington Forum is in London's London City Centre neighbourhood, an area with good airport proximity. Kensington High Street and Piccadilly are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Stamford Bridge Stadium or Craven Cottage Stadium. Our guests appreciate the hotel's central location for the nightlife. It's also convenient for public transport: Gloucester Road Underground Station is 3 minutes by foot and South Kensington Underground Station is 10 minutes.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the property is close to transportation and restaurants.
There were a few times at night the hot was not available, so when I tried call the receptionist nobody would answer. The hotel is outdated and need renovations. Each guest must use Their key card to activate the elevator. However, if anyone decides to select another floor using another persons key card they will have access to any floor.
Location close to everything Rooms are old No camera in corridors which is unsafe
Hotel very convenient located near metro and many shops. Room adequate but small.
