The no potable water was a real problem. I wasn’t sure if it was safe to shower with, so I gave myself a sponge bath with the water they’d supplied for drinking. Not exactly what you want after/before a long flight. I washed my teeth with my bottled water. The whole place was clean but has clearly seen better days. Electric sign outside is only partially lit up. Minor fixes needed in the room, crack in the wall, not good signage leading to the rooms…the label on the room key was handwritten, not printed. All cosmetic issues only, but they add up. I’m sure they are doing the best with what they have, but what they have isn’t great. Bed was positioned in such a way that there’s no beside table, so I carried over one of the small tables under the TV and used that. Short walk from a bus stop. The path getting there does require going under a subway under the street, exactly the kind of place I’d expect to get mugged. Didn’t feel safe. Pros: clean, comfortable bed, full wardrobe with space for luggage, short bus ride to/from Heathrow.

I arrived very late, but had tried to contact the hotel via the Expedia website. Even though it was suggested that the reception was manned 24/7, it took some time for the night porter to open the door. The room was in need of some TLC and some areas in the shower clearly hadn't been cleaned. For the condition of the place, it was not good value.

Better expectations need to be set for this place. It's not a hotel, but rather a dose house that might suit back packers. Wouldn't give me a key to the front door and no one was ever at the front desk. Stood out in the rain twice trying to get in. The worst was it sits right under the flight path for LHR!!! Planes were just a few feet above the property. Furniture was cheap and all chipped up. Expedia site description needs to be more accurate and transparent as to what this place is all about.

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly, the hub itself was very convenient to the tube station Hounslow West (a quick and simple 20 min walk) and access to Heathrow Terminals and Central London. The room was clean and adequate for a budget hotel, although I had trouble with the shower taps which were stiff and only allowed hot water through. Overall a great experience and to be recommended if you want a hotel for a couple of days around London and not pay a fortune.

Thank you for your review. Previous guest took the keys with them, so we changed the lock for the safety. I will request the maintenance staff to have a look. Not sure about the TV, I will investigate with night staff about what happened. However, we request all our guests to maintain the volume late nights to respect others.

Clean property, very basic, it’s at the end of the runway so expect lots of noise. Staff very attentive, free parking. Don’t expect luxury, it was good for us as we spent only 7 hours there.

This is a place I will never be traveling back to. The staff was extremely unprofessional, the bed was worse than sleeping on the floor, the area had very limited eating choices and no restaurant on sight. One night was more than enough for me.

Room was clean and simple. About 10 minutes from the airport and 1 hr from tourist attractions in London. Close access to train and bus. The service was amazing. I had left my passports and they kept them safe until I was able to pick them up hours after.

The bed sheets were nice and clean but The mattresses were uncomfortable The room Carpet was so dirty and smelly. The shower fixture was not easy to maintain comfortable temperature for water. The windows was not properly closed and sound of airplanes and street was terrible

The beds were spo hard, you felt like you were sleeping on the floor. We asked for an extra pillow each. Only provided 1 and all 3 were hard flat pancakes. The room was hot.. we were provided a fan… however not very effective as we did not feel safe to open the windows.. as they did not have a safety stopper to prevent someone from coming in. The only plus, for renting this was the proximity to the airport.. but still cost us 21.00 pounds for a 1.6 mile drive.

Ok and could be better.
Staff were friendly. The room was clean. The road outside is noisy and as the room was hot the window needed to be open. The fan was noisy until I mended it. The location is convenient for Heathrow and a bonus of staying is extra day parking is charged at £8 per day. I wish I had known this. It would be great to include that in the details. The low energy lights flowed even when off and I ended up removing the 4 ceiling bulbs so we could have a conducive environment for sleep and replaced them in the morning. The parking area is gated but also used as dumping ground and let’s the overall tidy appearance down. If you don’t come by car you wouldn’t know! If you have an older car be aware that it is in the low emission zone and arriving at and leaving the hotel will each cost £12.50. Overall the place is decent. The pillows are thin and very hard. The smoke detector in my room had been covered probably by a previous guest who decided to smoke.

This is a great place for a night before or after a flight from Heathrow. it feels very secure and the staff are lovely. There is a kitchen to prepare your own food and it is convenient for local stores.
