Dear Ms Dodd, We are terribly upset we have not fulfilled your expectations during this difficult time, due to alleged inappropriate behaviour of other guests. I assure you, we constantly monitor CCTV at Clapham Guest House, and after reviewing our records we could not establish any worrying behaviour took place. Have you contacted us, when the alleged disturbances occurred, one of our operatives would attend shortly to assist you - at the moment, we do not unfortunately have any record of you trying to contact us, so hopefully your call records accompanying the bill might shed some light on this matter. I obviously understand, that should anyone feel unsafe they try to seek help immediately. We do blacklist individuals, who have proven a handful and refuse to house them indefinitely - it is beneficial both to us and to our guests - we appreciate and take seriously any complaints arising due to inappropriate behaviour. We immediately contact emergency services, should such a need arise, however as a vast majority of private and public enterprises, cannot unfortunately offer immediate assistance of trained medical staff otherwise present on-site. Clapham Guest House and Chelsea Guest House are independent businesses, however Chelsea Guest House serves as a check in and key collection point for the former. There is no reception there, but the CCTV, Fire Alarm and emergency telephone line are monitored 24/7. Kind regards, Karolis Gabartas
