"The property is close to shopping and the metro station. It is well maintained and safe. There is a nice restaurant on site. The rooms are quite and comfortable but not very large. The internet provided is poor. About all you can do is check your email with it. They do provide paid internet which may be better, I don’t know. Besides the poor internet it is a nice hotel."

"Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. Overall a very pleasant experience at the Doubletree!"

"Maybe we expected more for a big football club like Chelsea- disappointed. Carpet in the foyer is visibly disgusting and the reception (being renovated) needs a good upgrade- by the time we found the makeshift reception in the building across I was ready to leave before we checked in. Looks old and run down- staff were good once we found where they were. Breakfast was ok. "
