"The location was perfect, close to the shopping area and Restaurants. The beach was literally in front of the hotel, you need just to cross the road and are arrived. The hotel is a nice building, our twin room was very big. However, unfortunately, none speaks English or understand it. It has been so difficult even to ask simple questions or ordering a Cappuccino. The bath towels were always stained and the drain in the shower wasnt working properly, so during and at the end of a shower most of the water was still on the shower floor. I truly suggest to improve those things because the hotel has a lot of potential. "

"Amazing stay! The room was very comfortable (the fancy shower is a plus). We ended up eating at the restaurant most of the time as it was great. The breakfast is super high quality, with home made bread, fresh fruits, great coffee, juice, and many options…the pools are both fine. The staff is really nice and willing to help. Would book again! "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof. I could hear noises from the road, especially when people road rage after midnight till 3am. Then prayer started at 4.30am. I was able to get about an hour of sleep. "
