"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Alexandra. The room size was good, the bathroom was small but still OK. The bed was comfortable enough. The meals were good and plentiful. Breakfast was also good. No issues with parking, plenty around the back, we were lucky enough to get one at the front. We had an issue with a wrong meal bill booked to our room, but Management looked into it and we had no payment to make. The town is just a short walk from the hotel"

"The owners and staff were absolutely amazing. They were so accommodating as we were getting married at the end of our stay with them. Our room was very clean bright and well decorated. "This is a great place located around a mile or so from Strontian, off the beaten track. I had the twin (bunk bed) room in the bunkhouse next to the kitchen. Room was clean, tidy with a separate toilet, shower, sink. The TV and Freesat did not work (no channels) but frankly that didn’t matter as the weekend was about getting away from the Rat Race. Bed was small (but I big), but comfortable. The sound of a babbling brook, the smell of wood smoke and stars in the dark sky at night was enough...
