Really comfortable experience from start to finish. Hotel is under new ownership, but they have the experience and knowledge of what is needed to provide an enjoyable experience. Do hope they remain pet friendly.

Position of property was good, parking limited (Llandudno in general) whilst we were staying. Staff very nice and very helpful and pleasant. Room was ample tidy and clean including the bathroom. Clean towels, washing products and toilet paper. Wife had a shower early morning and when it was my time the whole hotel must have been up and in their bathrooms. Flushed toilet and then went to get in the shower, not even cold came out. The toilet finished filling and this allowed cold water but still no hot. Had a cold shower. My daughter had a shower before bed the night before and was hot and good. Plumbing fail for me.

Friendly staff and good breakfast.room didnt have bulbs in lamps above bed and there was hair in the bath and curtains where ripped on the inside.great location and good place if only stopping for a night.

Last minute break

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant was very nice, will be better when completely reopened. Breakfast was served in our room due to social distancing measures still in place in Wales. Will return.

Hotel was in a good location with a large room comfortable bed and food and drink available but only outside due to coronavirus restrictions but it was very good also my dog enjoyed the time that was spent there

Lovely hotel

Warm and friendly welcome. Room very well decorated but small, with nowhere to sit other than the bed. Hairdryer wall mounted in the bathroom so drying hair challenging. Comfy bed. Breakfast OK. Hotel advertised as having pool on Trivago description but no pool available 😔. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.
