A great weekend stay , lovely breakfast and my granddaughter loved the pool. The hotel is in the perfect location and had a lovely view from the window. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The bar had a great drinks selection and there was good entertainment. To sum up everything added up to a fantastic weekend for myself, my wife and our granddaughter.

It’s a good place to stay nice sea view room enjoyed our stay and the pool is nice The only thing I have to say that I accidentally left my iPhone charger in room and went back it wasn’t there it’s really not good if the cleaners are not honest enough to hand something in

Great family stay

The overall day was very nice and we were near all the shops and restaurants close proximity to the sea and parking around the rear overall really enjoyed our stay. Wood return the pool was an added bonus.

Really nice stay. Took the kids - room was nice and clean, local to everything central that you would want to see in Llandudno. Pool was good. Everything a little dated but can’t fault the stay for the price

Family friendly hotel

Lovely family friendly hotel in excellent location. We only stayed for 1 night but found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. The family room was very spacious and clean, and we all enjoyed the swimming pool.

I had a wonderful stay at Chatsworth Hotel with my mum and we really enjoyed our time there. A special mention goes to the lovely receptionist, Sakshi, who truly made our stay extra special. She was polite, respectful, and always happy to help. Her recommendations for food were excellent, and she was eager to assist with anything we needed. She genuinely made a big difference to our experience and deserves recognition. The hotel itself was very clean, and although the room was a bit small, it was tidy, comfortable, and cozy. The location is excellent, with easy access to sightseeing spots, which made exploring very convenient. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great addition to the stay. Overall, we had a really good experience and would definitely come back again.

Arrival no welcome smile/confidence.unprofessional paper and card put in front of me to sign no information what they were for after I asked.they were room information and you have a swipe card entry system.room perfect!!.your star attraction Swimming Pool lacking information A.another entry card required B.valid for one day only .C up&down several times pool/reception to find out what should have been told on arrival.D.pride myself on being a fit 81year old but not appreciating the extra enforced exercise of your stairs back&to pool/reception.E.great entertainer’s Friday &Satuday. Overall a good time!! Just need to train you staff more make them confident,happy &welcoming so they enjoy working for you.

Although we enjoyed the hotel the parking was sparse had to pay £5.50 but over night £7.50 to make sure there was no fine .staff were very nice and the breakfast was ample, they cover it all for breakfast. The romm was basic but clean and tidy.
