"It seems this hotel hasn't been updated since the 1960s. The carpets were worn and discolored; frankly, we were scared of catching a skin disease if we walked barefoot. With no disposable slippers provided, we wore socks the entire time. A "we don't care" response twice to my message the day before ..."

"I am disabled so no lift and stairs with no help offered. No internet so tv did not work. Kettle did no work. Advertised with board outside saying home cooked food- no food available. Breakfast was good at £8.50. Would definitely not recommend"
