"
"Staff is very attentive. Emmanuel will go the extra mile to make sure all is as you expected.
They went the extra mile for my group. Will go back in a heartbeat!!"
"Location is good as it is near the bus terminal and you can walk around within the area where you can find restaurants, shops and supermarkets Mosquito coils should be lighted to get rid of the insects especially in the dinning area.. Breakfast is so so especially the continental.
staff are nice."
"The General Manager/Director, Salome and the Reception Manager, Oscar were 5-Star hosts. Everything was spot-on & in order as arranged. My driver James was a "10-STAR" service agent... always available and on-call whenever I needed him. The camp settings and surroundings within national park are truly exceptional. Morning sunrises and evening sunsets on the Zambezi River are simply FanTabUlous!!! A absolutely beautiful experience. "
"A glorious location across the road from Victoria Falls, but the finishings and decor are dated, the grounds are full of animal droppings (zebras, giraffes, antelope, and baboons are roaming the grounds). The staff and service are great. The proximity to the Falls makes it worthwhile."
"I liked the clean rooms, sheets, and towels. ALL the staff from the front desk, cleaning, grounds persons, security, bar, were all warm, nice and helpful and made my stay comfortable and memorable."

"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It is so magical and everyone working there made our stay so incredibly special. Watching the wildlife from the banks of the Zambezi was breathtaking, and there were always dozens of elephants around the road in/out of the hotel."
"Fitst class hostel with all mod cons. Stayed here at the end of a 20 day motorcycle trip from Cape Town and it was the perfect location to relax following that"
"A great smaller lodge, with wonderful staff.. the room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The staff are all very good, but a special mention to the manager, Kennedy who always goes that little bit further to ensure the stay was pleasant.
The onlr small downside is the outside area, which seems a little dodgy, due to the road conditionss, however the lodge has no control of thet.
Will definitely return"
"It was within reach of a lot of things in town. Very convenient. The room was clean, they allowed an early check in with no problem. The staff was helpful and courteous."
"A comfortable stay in a hotel that offers very good value for the location. All staff were excellent. We were upgraded to a family suite which was very convenient. Would certainly recommend to families visiting the Falls, and on a budget."
