Had a great experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food.
A beautiful resort with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Property is conveniently located in Zambia for day trips such as touring Victoria Falls or going on Safari in Botswana.
Room was spacious and had a great river view with comfortable bed. Generally a nice stay but the bathroom needed a more thorough clean and the soap provided has a very unpleasant odour!
Adjacent to NP - 3 mo old Baby Rino with Mother - guarded by Rangers with AK-47s. Rifgt on the river - old school idyllic. Good breakfast included. Can't beat value.
Mom and I enjoyed our stay. Starting from th transfer driver that picked us up to the stay ..the staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Mom enjoyed her birthday get away.
Super location on the Banks of the Zambezi, with spectacular African sunsets as you dine. Great value for money compared to its neighbours! Very friendly attentive staff. Only slight gripe, and it might not have been the Hotels fault was that the WiFi tended to drift in and out. But overall fantastic value for money.
Stunning location on the Zambezi River, great, friendly staff, and plenty of them. Lots of activities to do and things to see. Very reasonable good and drink prices in the restaurant.
We stay every visit to Livingstone, probably 4-5 time in as many years. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Activities centre right next door to reception so plenty to choice from.

We really enjoyed the stay? The pictures online don’t do it justice. If you’re looking for average rooms and comfort, this is your place. The desk stuff were a little off but the dining stuff deserves all the praises! Definitely would come back for the food and scenery!
Cannot recommend this enough, cosy comfortable and relaxed vibe. All staff are so friendly - activity centre onsite. Breakfast, lunch dinner overlooking the river. I’d go back in a heartbeat
A fantastic place to stay for visiting Victoria Falls! I stayed in one of the rooms within the campsite part of the grounds. It was perfect for what I needed - a comfy bed and a clean private bathroom. The basic rooms don't have TVs but it wasn't missed as I spent most of my time on the riverside patio at the restaurant! Having the Safpar booking office right on site was super convenient. They were able to arrange a trusted taxi driver who provided return transport to the falls, as well as airport transfer. It's probably a bit cheaper finding taxis outside of the hotel, but this was definitely a convenient option. The restaurant was fantastic, especially the pizzas 🍕 I would definitely stay again!!
Good rooms. Fans in tents and AC in room. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Good food at restaurant and good verity at the included breakfast. A bit noisy before 10:30 on Wed. night and lots of mosquitoes in tents but bug spray was ready to be used in the tents and took care of the problem rapidly.
Victoria Falls Waterfront was such a fun and amazing location! I was travelling solo and started my weekend alone but ended it with so many friends. It's a great base to plan so many activities and also to meet both locals and fellow travelers! A+!

Just ok
The service was very good but the accommodations were not very clean or comfortable.
This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough.

I loved the location next to one of the lakes the feed into Victoria Falls. The turndown service was great for preparing your mosquito net and spraying the room to keep the bugs out as much as possible. It had a very real wildlife experience feeling. The people were safe however, I had security walke to my room after dark because of the baboons. I just don't trust baboons. Also it was dark. The only con on the hotel was my shower drain wasn't working properly.
