"Very nice hotel "

"A very central hotel ideally positioned to see the sights and opposite the cathedral with nicely appointed rooms, even a bath in the room. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice on offer. Restaurant was also fun with a good range of dishes in a reasonably quiet ambiance. We enjoyed our stay."

"Room was clean and comfortable, food was lovely, the staff were brilliant and helpful. The only problem was the remote control for the tv didn't work and staff didn't seem to know how to fix it. While it's certainly not the most important thing we all know 99% of hotels have got TV's in them, it's standard these days so the staff should be trained in how to work or set up the remotes and there should always be spares. There should be a set of instructions near the reception or even in the rooms explaining step by step how to set it up. On the surface it doesn't seem a big issue but as I said if tv's are a standard thing these days then it's maybe a slightly bigger issue than it initially seems. Staff really should be trained in how to set them up. To explain how to set it up is nothing more than a 10 minute job. If you use 'One For All' remotes and buy 6 tv's, all the same make and model then it will be easy "
