The TV didn’t work the first 4 days, each day they promised it will work that day, the cleaning crew opened the window so we had misquitos at night in the room, couldn’t sleep well

Stayed at this property from 20th to 24th December, 2022. We requested for an early check in and that was approved for us. The check in was smooth and we were greeted by Arthur, he was very polished, professional and came across as very knowledgeable he gave us a lot of input about places in Lisbon and seemed very eager to make sure we enjoyed the full magnificence of this beautiful city, we can't thank him enough for it. Sadly he rose the bar so high, but after that the room was a total disappointment. We understand that space in a room will be smaller as it's in the city but we did expect a bit more in terms of the amenities in the room. The TV channels weren't working and there's only about 25 channels, so it's a real struggle if you want to relax and catch some television after a long day out. The room was cleaned on a daily basis but the towel was kept on the bathroom floor which wasn't very nice or ideal. The air conditioning is centralized and is set to suit people solely from Portugal. We couldn't change it to our preference and it made for uncomfortable nights of sleep. The staff were all amazing but a special shout to Arthur and the bar man you'll are amazing, keep it up!!! Sadly, the hotel failed to deliver and the staff can only do so much.
