Location wise, the hotel is very close to the metro, so really easy to get to from the airport. Far enough away from the center of Lisbon, to avoid really bad tourist traps, but close enough to only be a 20 minute walk away.
The hotel has amenities like sauna, pool, etc but we did not use them.
The room was well kept and clean (our view was the back of another building, but to be honest for us the hotel was somewhere to sleep whilst during the day we explored Lisbon).
The staff were excellent, from the welcoming reception (we had a late -post midnight- checkin), to the house staff and bar staff.
During our stay, it was my wife’s birthday, and the hotel were kind enough to leave us a bottle of fizz in the room to celebrate this.
If I go back to Lisbon, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay back at this hotel.
