The room was so quiet in spite of its location in a busy neighborhood. It was also very clean and the bed was good and firm. We loved being so close to public transportation. The staff was very helpful - thank you!

Clean room, helpful staff. Bed not so great could feel the spring, issues with bathroom shower noZzle s would not stay on wall holder broken, toiʻet kept running really loud. Staff resolved it. Entry into building was smelly a little floor tiles we’re missing in some areas the street outside in the little shady but still good location to get to places

After a bit of escape room experience with all the different number locks and a not inviting entrance floor -we were 100% pleased with anything else. We marked the service personal as excellent, but we haven't seen them at all - but that was OK as all has been OK. As Value for money it has what we wanted - and that is what counts,

Definitely get what you pay for. Cockroaches all over the bathroom. Street is really loud outside. Bed is on the firm side. However it was a safe place to sleep for a short stay!

The room itself was clean and tidy as you’d expect but the building is shared with residents and it smelled vile. The location was also a bit worrying. There were people drugging literally outside the place, it put me off a lot as I had to sleep there on my own for a night but the staff was reassuring and I just had to be careful. The location in terms of touristic places and transport is excellent tho but don’t be expecting as in the picture people to be having a nice time with a drink sitting outside, picture is very deceiving.

I really enjoyed my stay. It is located near a metro stop , so easily reachable from airport and easy 20 minute walk to water. Adrian at front desk is kind and helpful. The room was immaculately clean, the water hot and water pressure great. The neighborhood is vibrant with excellent food choices. I highly recommend this guesthouse and will stay there again if i return to Lisbon.

Room, toilets and communal areas were pretty clean, room was big enough, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was working, but it wasn't hot so I didn't use it that much. Location really convenient, close the bus and metro stations. Since I stayed there when the general strike was taking place, you can be at Rossio in 20 mins walking, which is really good. There was also many restaurants, convenient shops and a Lidl really close. Overall, very pleasant stay, if I go again I'd probably stay there again!

Great stay

Nice welcoming at arrival, friendly staff, spacious room with TV, fridge and AC. The room was cleaned every day by the staff and was always tidy. Great location, close to many good restaurants and about 30 minutes walk to the ocean.

An excellent guesthouse which is absolutely spotless. Super fast WiFi (150mb), Cable Channels in English as well as Portuguese. Also about a 2 minute walk to the nearest Metro Station (Indente). Tram 28 stops at the Metro Station as well. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby as well 10/10!!
